Gabriel and his team were amazing! I was greeted right away and they explained everything they were doing every step of the way. I felt like they really took the time to ensure my services were completed thoroughly. I won't be going anywhere else for my oil change from now on!

Stopped by for an oil change and Gabriel took good care of me. Had great customer service, explained what was needed and wasn't pushy. Will definitely be back!

🛑 Don't trust this place or the Georgetown location. I've been to both and could write several bad reviews. They're extremely rude and unprofessional to say the least. My last visit to the RR location I was told I had to use a certain type of oil that would cost me $163 for the change witch was funny because they did my last oil change and it was $51 so I get my receipt and show the guy He says ok walks away talkin shit to his coworker and then comes back to tell me there's coolant in my oil and that this indicates a blown head gasket. He tells me they'll do the oil change with the oil I want but my engine is done so what's the point. I didn't do the change and Luckily I know a great HONEST mechanic so i went to see him. There was nothing wrong with my car at all. I should send Strickland the bill from him but instead my family and I will no longer go there and I hope this review saves other people some time and to go somewhere where your appreciated not tolerated. Especially when it comes to your vehicle.

Love coming here for my oil change or any ancillary services. Raul was extremely helpful from the greeting and all throughout the service. They always do a great job in a short amount of time!
